Placing Your Order

Starting your journey with Encapsulated Ashes is easy! You can place your order online or visit us at 30B High Street, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 1EA. No appointment needed – just pop in when you’re ready.

When ordering online, select your preferred premade piece using our ‘filter by’ tool to find the right price range. Don't forget to specify the size and colour of your piece.

IMPORTANT: If you want any engraving on your chosen piece, be sure to mention it when placing your order. Otherwise, the jewellery will be completed without engraving.

Once We Receive Your Order

After receiving your order, we’ll forward it to our workshop, where our skilled goldsmith, Dean, will note any special requests or changes to the premade item.

We'll then send you a confirmation email with all personalisation details, including any engraving. Please check this email thoroughly to ensure there are no misspellings, as you will be responsible for any errors.

Once you've checked the confirmation email, we’ll send you an ashes packet (unless you’re placing the ashes yourself) to return with a fragment of your loved one’s ashes.

PLEASE NOTE: This process can take 8-10 weeks as each item is uniquely crafted to order.

After you’ve checked and returned the confirmation email, we’ll start creating your special piece. Once ready, the piece will be sent to London for hallmarking with our DJQ maker’s mark. When the item returns, it’ll receive its first polish to highlight any blemishes that need correcting.

Next is the encapsulation process, where the ashes are placed into the item (by us or by you) and sealed with a protective resin cap.The piece is then sealed using a laser welding process to ensure the ashes are securely encapsulated.

Finally, the piece gets its last polish and engraving, followed by a quality control check to ensure our high standards are met.

Your completed encapsulated ashes jewellery is now boxed and ready for dispatch.
