The locket can be opened and is also able to encapsluate a picture or lock of hair.

Made out of sterling silver and rhodium plated each piece is hand crafted especially for you, with engraving included each piece is fully personalised.

Made from 925 hallmarked silver measuring approximately 20mm/4.5mm supplied on a belcher chain
As all items are bespoke made no refunds or exchanges are applicable.

We are happy to exchange/ change any chain to achieve the correct length.

If any aspect of the item is incorrect we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All engraving spelling will be confirmed via email any mistakes in spelling are not the responsability of Stephen Alan's Jewellers.

Upon receiving your order, it will be forwarded to our workshop where Dean our goldsmith can see any special request or changes that are needed to the item, We will then send a confirmation email with all the items detail including engraving (please check this thoroughly as you are responsible for any miss-spelling)

The piece will then start to be created.

We will send you out an ashes packet unless stated otherwise.

Upon item completion we will send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking numbers for your item.

This process can take 8-10 weeks as all items are created to order depending on the unique nature of the design.
